Li Tubeskirt
Handsome dark indigo combines with golden yellow and light blue on this long four band skirt from the Meifu group of Li people on Hainan Island. The ikat is crisp and intricate, with some in light blue. Condition is like new and it’s fairly soft, unlike more recent ones. This is a beautiful example of Meifu ikat and weaving.
