Gathering Basket from Borneo

This handsome basket has an elegant shape which is complemented by the openness of the weaving and the decoratively carved wood struts to which a nicely woven carrying strap is attached. This is a traditional design from Borneo. Nicely sized, this could be used in many ways. (please see AC152 for its mate)
