Banjara Upper Arm Bracelet
Rich yet colorful, this vintage armband is a wonderful example of Banjara creativity. It is all handstitched of handmade components made of wool, cotton, plus small glass beads. It has two parts: an armband with two rows of crocheted balls, and a decorative pendant (comprising three elaborate tassels) is attached by a loop. It is a tactile treasure alive with the hand of the maker.
This (and JT180) are not new, as indicated by the materials and colors.
